Don M. Stromquist Home in Utah

Frank Lloyd Wright’s organic philosophy focused on the complete integration of the house. Site and structure, interior and exterior, furniture, and the architecture itself, every element of the design was connected. Wright described his goal as such: "To thus make of a dwelling place a complete work of art… this is the modern American opportunity.”

🔺

A lesser known but fine example of this philosophy seamlessly featuring his high back dining set, large windows, fireplace, built-ins and even his Origami chair is Wright’s only design in Utah, the Don M. Stromquist Home 1958.
