I always like to do a “best I had” list when traveling to a new place, sometimes I don’t have any buuuuut here, I got two. Here is my “best I had” list for Arcachon:
Fresh Raw Oysters (by far). It was literally farm to table over there. I had oysters everyday.
Grilled Artichoke Hearts. Random I know, but so good. Had them with a grilled tuna steak.
